Iryna Krikie keeps the office running across both locations. Paperwork, scheduling, follow-up, and the hundred small things that decide whether a client feels looked after or forgotten — that is her work, and she is exacting about it.
She is also a licensed life and health agent working in Medicare, which means the person answering the phone understands what is actually being discussed. Questions get real answers rather than a transfer and a promise of a callback.
She works with clients in Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish as well as English — which in two offices serving very different communities is less a nicety than a reason people stay.
Before this, Iryna trained as a musician in Kyiv, and music is still what she returns to outside work. It is not unrelated to the job — both reward patience, precision, and paying close attention to somebody else.
